Our Uplift bath salts are rich in magnesium and sulphur due to their Pink Himalayan and Epsom salt blend which is in charge of sound sleep, clean pores, soothed muscles, and great functioning of cardiovascular and nervous system.

Uplift bath salts contain Orange, Lemon and Peppermint essential oils which will boost your mood and energy, whilst easing any anxiety’s, and improve your concentration and focus.

Key Ingredient

Epsom Salt: Soothes affected skin conditions, including eczema and psoriasis and it also relives aches and pains as well as alleviating inflammation and swelling due to the Magnesium content.

Pink Himalayan Salt: Works as a natural exfoliator and removes dead skin cells and deeply hydrates the skin. Benefits also include detoxification, supporting hormones and aiding sleep and inducing deep relaxation.

Calendula Petals: The flower is known for its power to soothe dry and inflamed skin.

Ritual

Add a handful of Uplift to a warm bath and begin to relax body and mind.

Important note: The time to add your bath salts is after the bath is full, and you’re in it. If you add them while the water is running, then the aromatherapy scents will evaporate before you get into the tub.

Tip

Our salts contain moisturising coconut oil so this may make your bath slippery so please be careful.
